My Responsibilities as a Licensed Realtor

1. I must write an enforceable contract, one that is binding on all parties

2. I must keep my principle's negotiating position completely confidential and follow his/her lawful instructions at all times.

3. I must ensure full disclosure of any and all known facts pertaining to the property and its use in order to avoid any legal entanglements either before or after the completion date.

4. I must negotiate the best price and terms that I can for my principle.

5. When listing a property I must market it in an aggressive manner, utilizing any and all efficient advertising mediums available, until the property is sold!

6. When representing the BUYER, I must uncover as many facts as possible on the property, or surrounding area, that may affect the buyer's decision to purchase.
