About Ken X. Westfall

Ken X. Westfall had over 25 years experience in sales management before turning his expertise to the real estate field. From his first full year he has been one of the top producers in the area, regularly being recognized for his production by the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board.

Ken specializes in representing Buyers and Sellers in residential and multi-family sales. He has served a number of investment clients over the years, starting in 1994 when he met his first R.E.I.N. ( Real Estate Investment Network ) client. As each client had their needs met, he was passed on to the next one, gaining more and more insight into investor needs.  First time and out-of-town Buyers are of particular interest to Ken. "They are the people who need the most help and protection", says Ken. "They also afford the Realtor the most job satisfaction when they are placed in their new home."

Ken's philosophy is:

"Many agencies think their most important job is satisfying the customer. I don't think that's true. I believe that satisfying the customer is the minimum requirement for staying in business. My staff and I work constantly to improve our systems, process, and services to go well beyond the standard level of "service" provided by most agents.Simply put, our objectives are to get you the most money in the least time, and with the fewest hassles. We want to provide the best service in the industry. Period.We want to make you so satisfied that you listed your home with us that you will gladly refer us to your friends."  That's one of the reasons that over 90% of Ken's business comes by way of referrals and repeat business from clients!

Ken believes in giving back to the community that has made him so successful. To that end, he has served two terms as a Director for the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and is a past Director, Vice-President, President-Elect and proud member of Rotary Club of Nanaimo. He and his spouse-and-business-partner, Charlene, are staunch supporters and contributors to many local organizations, including the Port Theatre, Malaspina University-College, Dragon Boats for Cancer and the SPCA, as well as various youth and seniors' organizations.
